After-Sales Policy

Important Notice

Certain products — including customized goods, underwear, and other specified items — are not covered by this after-sales policy. Please refer to the individual product page for any special notes or exceptions before placing your order.

To protect your interests, please review the following terms carefully.


1. Order Delays

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, logistics provider, and external circumstances. The following cases are considered delayed orders:

  • Orders to the United States: Considered overdue 45 days after dispatch from Chinafulfill.net’s warehouses.

  • Orders to Brazil: Considered overdue 100 days after dispatch, due to extended customs clearance times.

If the delay is directly caused by Chinafulfill.net, we will issue a refund.

 

Note:
Sometimes, orders are held at a nearby post office because of an incomplete address, unclaimed package, or missing house number. We recommend that customers contact their local post office for assistance in these situations.

 


2. Orders Not Received

If tracking information confirms that an order was successfully delivered, Chinafulfill.net cannot offer a refund or resend.

If your customer does not receive the package, a non-delivery certificate stamped and issued by the local post office is required.

Common reasons for non-delivery include:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address or phone number
  • Unknown recipient
  • Package refused
  • Failure to pick up on time
  • Customs not cleared
  • Unable to contact recipient

Local couriers typically attempt delivery 1–3 times. If the package remains unclaimed, it will be held at the post office for 3–7 days before being returned. Customers must pick up their parcels within that period. Chinafulfill.net is not responsible for loss or damage during this return process.


3. Damaged Products

We take product quality seriously and will provide compensation for verified damages:

  • Severely damaged products: Full refund or replacement.
  • Partially damaged products: Partial refund or replacement.
  • Damage due to outer box wear during international transit: No refund or replacement is available.

Customers must report product issues within the following time frames:

  • 5 days after delivery for general products.
  • 10 days after delivery for electronic items.

4. Incorrect or Missing Products

Although all shipments are carefully checked before dispatch, mistakes can occasionally occur. In such cases, Chinafulfill.net will resolve them promptly:

  • Wrong item received: Full refund or replacement.
  • Missing item: We will verify inventory records and resend the missing product.
  • Wrong color, size, or design (non-functional difference): Partial refund or replacement after verification with photos and measurement details.
  • Missing part (non-functional): Partial refund or reshipment of the missing part.
  • Missing part (affects functionality): Full replacement will be provided.

5. Order Cancellations

You may cancel an order only if it meets these conditions:

  • The order status is unpaid or pending.
  • The warehouse has not started processing the order.

To cancel, click the Cancel button on the “My Orders” page.

Orders cannot be canceled if they:

  • Have already been processed by the warehouse.
  • Are Print-on-Demand (POD) orders.
  • Involve customized services.

6. Private Inventory

Chinafulfill.net offers a Private Inventory service to help your orders ship faster. We purchase and store your products in our warehouses at no extra storage cost.

Please note:

  • Once purchased, inventory items are non-refundable.
  • Plan your stock based on realistic sales expectations.
  • Orders shipped from private inventory are covered under the same after-sales terms as other products.

7. Dispute Policy and Deadlines

Disputes must be addressed promptly:

  • If no response is received within 7 consecutive days, the dispute will be automatically closed.
  • Once closed, you can no longer submit a new after-sales request for that order.

8. Force Majeure

Chinafulfill.net is not liable for delays or damages resulting from unforeseen events, including but not limited to: epidemics, political instability, strikes, wars, natural disasters (earthquake, flood, storm, snow, etc.), or customs inspections.
If such events occur, we will notify you via email, WhatsApp, Skype, or Line.


9. Destination Restrictions

Due to international logistics limitations, Chinafulfill.net does not accept disputes for shipments to the following regions and countries:

Haiti, Kyrgyzstan, Madagascar, Mauritius, Bangladesh, Nepal, Nicaragua, Swaziland, Jamaica, Zambia, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, Egypt, Sudan, Libya, Algeria, Angola, Bahamas, Benin, Belize City, Burundi, Dominican Republic, Gambia, Grenada, Cuba, Palestine, Paraguay, Guatemala, Réunion, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, Guadeloupe, Martinique, and French Guiana.


10. Returns

Products can only be returned to Chinafulfill.net’s warehouses in China.
However, we do not recommend returning items due to high international shipping costs, import tariffs, and extended transit times (up to 3 months). Many returned packages risk being damaged or lost in transit.


11. Unacceptable Disputes

The following cases are not eligible for dispute or refund:

  • Buyer simply dislikes the product
  • Product matches description but does not meet expectations
  • Buyer ordered the wrong SKU or quantity
  • Incorrect shipping address provided
  • Product variations previously discussed and confirmed
  • Tracking data removed or lost by logistics providers or local post offices
